We do not accept website returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.
All returns and exchanges must be refunded in the same tender as purchased or for store credit only.
Sorry, We are not set up to accept website purchases to be returned or exchanged at our physical store without first contacting firstname.lastname@example.org . (As our webstore headquarters are not at our brick and mortar store, there is not someone usually there to process returns. However, by emailing us, we can set up a time with you to take your return or exchange instore, but please do check and make sure it is within the return and exchange guidlines.)
For sterility reasons, we do not allow returns on earrings or body jewelry.
All seasonal, discounted and/or sale items are a final sale.
